Learn how to prepare flavorful Italian cuisine that is completely gluten free!
Gluten free is a way of life, and it certainly does not have to be without flavor. Some may say Gluten free and Italian cuisine are not a happy marriage BUT in this class you can enjoy your favorite Italian fare while maintaining a diet free from gluten. Chef Jeannie has world class experience with Italian cuisine and will give you the skills to create your very own delectable, gluten free handmade pasta.
Your culinary journey will begin with the instruction and demonstration on how to make these delectable pillow like pasta. Once the course has been complete you will sit down to enjoy an entire meal. The best part, it is all totally gluten free! As with all of our classes, we’ll enjoy a delicious meal, inside the historic Commellini Estate’s Main Venue.

Homemade Gluten Free Flatbread
Garden Salad: Fresh field greens, cucumbers, onions, and tomatoes, served with your choice of an olive oil and vinegar dressing
Gluten Free Gnocchi
served with your choice of the following sauces: Rustic Cut Vegetarian Marinara & Commellini Italian Sausage Bolognese
What to Expect:
In this class large format hands on cooking class, you will be getting your hands dirty in the Main Venue at the Estate, learning how to make Gluten Free Pasta: Gnocchi. Class culminates in a delicious meal.
