It has become a tradition every December to throw an all employee party to let the employees be the guests for a change! Our team works so hard all throughout the year to serve our guests and it is fun to spoil them for a change. We always have smorgasbord of food, desserts, and vari0us non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks available. Last year we did a gift exchange and did few team games with a additional prizes. Employee feedback is valued, so employees are required to fill out comment/suggestion cards after for certain events. The company culture here is very open to new ideas from any member of the team. We hope to continue to create traditions for many years to come!
