Pre-Thanksgiving Cooking Class. Are you intimidated by what most people believe is the food holiday of the year? Or are you looking to get new ideas and shake up the old standbys? In this class you will learn how to make Sweet Potato Gnocchi. This meal will prepare you to wow your Thanksgiving guests, all the while you are creating memories and recipes that will last a lifetime. Enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and one with our delicious meal as well!
On the Menu:
Rustic Italian Bread
Green Bluff Apple Salad: with cranberries, candied almonds, and feta cheese
Sweet Potato Gnocchi: served brown-butter sage
Chicken Cacciatore: Our famous tender chicken, braised in red wine and served with button mushrooms
Hand rolled Truffles: assorted rich and creamy dark chocolate truffles rolled in almonds, coconut, cocoa, or chocolate toffee
Those under 21, enjoy two non-alcoholic beverages. Each participant will receive a recipe card to take home. The class, including meal time, takes approximately 3 hours.
