Rustic Italian Bread
Green Bluff Apple Salad: with cranberries, candied almonds, and feta cheese
Sweet Potato Gnocchi: served brown-butter sage
Chicken Cacciatore: Our famous tender chicken, braised in red wine and served with button mushrooms
Hand rolled Truffles: assorted rich and creamy dark chocolate truffles rolled in almonds, coconut, cocoa, or chocolate toffee
What to Expect: In this class large format hands on cooking class, you will be getting your hands dirty in the Main Venue at the Estate, learning how to make Sweet Potato Gnocchi. Class culminates in a delicious meal, served family style.
