My husband (fiance at the time) and I attended our friends’ wedding here over a year ago and it was absolutely wonderful! At the time we had not decided on a venue for our reception, but after meeting all of the wonderful staff at Commellini Estate and seeing the beautiful venue, we knew this was the place! Lauri was our planner and was fabulous – she took care of everything down to the last detail! She made my life so much easier by providing her professional advice and making sure things ran smoothly the day of. She had remembered that I had been a bridesmaid in my friend’s wedding and went above and beyond to take care of myself and my husband. The venue itself is beautiful, and we were able to sit around 90 people comfortably inside while we had dinner (which was excellent!). We had dancing outside under the portico, which is surrounded by several gorgeous tall trees. We received compliments all night on how wonderful the venue was and how attentive the staff were. The tall trees and quiet creek set a gorgeous outdoor scene, and the pine walls and granite bar made for a stunning indoor display. After booking the venue for our wedding date, we were delighted by the professionalism of the staff. Our coordinator was Desiree Seghetti, and she brought class, experience, and taste to the table each time we met to plan our reception.
Desiree’s attention to detail and passion for high class event planning was evident while we worked together to create our wedding reception. She helped us design a floor plan, draft a schedule, design décor, and craft a menu. The food we selected was better than we could have ever imagined. The culinary staff at Commelllini Estate did an exquisite job at creating and serving some of our favorite Italian foods. It was one of the best meals we have ever eaten!
After the reception, our relatives and friends raved about the delicious food and the beautiful venue, wondering how we were ever able to find such a gem of a location for our wedding reception. Commellini Estate’s commitment to service and excellence was evident in the care the staff took in our wedding reception. My experience with Commellini’s was wonderful from the beginning. It was the last place we toured and it took so long that the other appointment Desiree scheduled arrived before we left. Desiree never broke eye contact with us despite the fact it was obvious her other appointment arrived. That high level of service and professionalism is what sealed the deal for me. I’m also very glad I set up the meeting in the first place. After looking other local places I considered comparable I assumed Commellinis would be out of my price range. To my pleasant surprise it wasn’t out of my price range and she was willing to bend over backwards finding meal plans to fit within my budget, offering other money saving ideas and suggesting ways to organize the wedding day itself. It was almost like having a wedding planner included. My wedding party, parents and guests all had a great time at the wedding. The food was great, staff was very welcoming friendly, the location is close yet private….I really can’t think of a bad thing to say. I think future brides will be even happier with their experience as Commellinis finishes their renovation plans. I would strongly recommend Commellinis to any person or business hosting an event as I can assure you won’t be disappointed.

If you have not considered using the Commellini’s Estate for your next special event, I urge you to give them a look. Our daughter was married at their site on June 30th and what a wonderful day it was. From the initial meeting until the wedding day, Lori and her staff did everything they could to please us and help us with every detail. The property is beautiful, the renovated building was so very comfortable, and it easily handled our crowd of 80 well-wishers. And the food!!! We ate like kings. Their special home made Italian recipes were to die for. And we are all German! The wait staff was considerate and almost unnoticeable as they quickly presented a three course meal. As parents we wanted someone else to take care of the details. From beginning to end these folks made the day special and nearly care free for us and forever a wonderful and memorable day for our daughter and her husband.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an evening at Commellini’s. The food was superb, and the service beyond comparison. There were over 20 people in our party, yet everyone was treated as if they were the only one attending. The sauce was like I remember my Grandma preparing years ago; the pasta was cooked to perfection and the wines made for the occasion. The tradition of this fine Spokane Italian Restaurant has returned. The Segetti family are to be complimented and I thank them for a wonderful and memorable evening.

Our family member who passed on was a father, spouse, grandfather, uncle and contributor to the Spokane community. Knowing the celebration of life event was going to touch many hearts of family, friends, colleagues and patients of our father, the staff were dependable, encouraging, organized and attentive. They helped with the décor and settings that would accommodate our needs to remember our family member.

My husband and I attended the January 14 event, and it was wonderful! From the moment we walked in the front door, we felt comfortable. The restaurant is beautiful; you were able to keep the charm, but open it up to make it feel much more welcoming. The dinner was delicious, and the fact that some of of proceeds went to the Isaac Foundation made it even more special. Thank you, we look forward to spending many more wonderful times at the Estate.
