Event Sales Manager
Pay: $20.00–$24.00/hour (DOE) + commission opportunities
We are seeking a relationship-driven, sales-minded professional to join our team as an Event Sales Manager. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on connecting with people, guiding clients through the booking process, and turning inquiries into confirmed events.
At Commellini Estate, this position plays a key role in growing our event calendar while ensuring each client feels confident, cared for, and excited from their first inquiry through event execution.
Responsibilities
- Respond to new inquiries and guide prospective clients through the booking process
- Lead venue tours and present packages, menus, and offerings in a compelling way
- Build and maintain strong client relationships from initial contact through event day
- Prepare proposals, manage contracts, and support closing sales
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from booking to execution
- Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions to support sales goals
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, hospitality, or event coordination preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport
- Confident in presenting, upselling, and closing opportunities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail

We are seeking skilled and personable bartenders to join our events team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their craft and thrive in a guest-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages efficiently and accurately
- Provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced setting
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with alcohol service laws
Requirements:
- Valid MAST permit (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and bar service
- Ability to work evenings and weekends

We are looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant & Banquet Manager to oversee all aspects of our events and restaurant operations. Maintenance Technician
This position is responsible for performing a wide variety preventative and unscheduled maintenance in the areas of general building maintenance and lawn maintenance. This position will have the chance to significantly impact our organization and the people we serve. The right candidate will have solid mechanical aptitude, a calm demeanor and a serious desire to learn and grow. We need a candidate who will thrive in an environment that is collaborative, team-oriented, forward-thinking and fun. Experience in Facilities Maintenance and handyman work is preferred (ideally 2 years), but not required. Hours: 20-30 per week. Compensation: Based on experience.
Dishwasher
The dish and general utility position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility.
Must be able to: Walks and stands during entire shift. Lift and carry racks or stacks of dishes, glassware and other utensils, weighing up to 30 lbs., up to 50 times per shift. Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing and lifting.
Servers & Event Team Members
We are seeking Event Staff to join our team. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for their work and can help create lasting memories for our guests. Event Staff provide operational functions before, during, and after events. Event Staff assist with site set-up, take down and design. This is a great opportunity to work in a fun environment while gaining experience in the wedding and event industry. Event Staff are part time employees used on a per event basis, usually Friday through Sunday.
Executive Chef
We are seeking Executive Chef to join our team. Candidates should have attention to detail, customer minded, team oriented, willingness to learn, punctual, and a desire to continue our tradition of making items in-house and from scratch.
