Commellini Estate is born from our love of family, good food, and building community through events.

We are a family owned and operated business. We were established in 1941, by Albert & Leda Commellini and have been proudly influencing the Spokane food and event culture ever since. We are located in North Spokane, Washington and offer a private location surrounded in the majestic trees and tranquil sounds of Spring Creek. Our venue has SIX onsite venue locations with indoor and outdoor options. We specialize in event design and coordination.

Meet our Team

Lauri Seghetti
Lauri Seghetti Owner
Lauri is a long-time resident of Spokane. She met her husband, Robert, while attending Mead High School. They often talked about running Commellini Estate. As one could expect life had different plans. After High School they married and had 3 children. Besides raising her children, Lauri owned and operated an Interior Design Company for 16 ½ years. She did work in Spokane and the surrounding areas. In 2009, when the opportunity once again presented itself, Lauri found she longed to fulfill her dreams of running Commellini Estate. With the desire to continue the family legacy Lauri oversees the daily operations of Commellini Estate, as the Vice President.
Desiree Seghetti Sulpizio

Desiree, a Spokane native, developed a passion for businesswhile attending the University of Washington. While in school, she was the CEO of a student event based company called University Adventures. Upon graduating she returned to Spokane to pursue her dream of rejuvenating Commellini’s to its former grandeur along with her parents. Desiree has received several awards in her position, including the title of being one of the top 20 professionals in Spokane under 40 years-old, by the Inland Business Catalyst Magazine. Desiree recently got married on the Estate and currently works in the remote office located in Portland, Oregon, as the Estate’s Vice President of Operations.
Robert Seghetti
Robert Seghetti Owner
Robert is the great nephew of Albert and Leda Commellini. Albert & Leda were more like grandparents to Robert, as there was no other family members in the United States and as such he called them grandma and grandpa. When the Seghetti family was forced to make a decision after Leda’s passing, Robert was in great turmoil trying to decide between operating Commellini’s and going to college. He inevitably went to Gonzaga University and always hoped for another chance to operate the family business. When the opportunity presented itself in 2009, Robert and his wife Lauri were not willing to let this long time dream pass them by once again.
Jeannie Lincoln
Jeannie Lincoln Executive Chef
Jeannie graduated from the Seattle Art Institute with an Associate degree in Culinary Arts. She worked as the Sous Chef and kitchen Manager for the Mayflower Park Hotel in Seattle, prior moving to Spokane, Washington, where she grew up. She has been the Commellini Estate Executive Chef since May of 2014. Jeannie’s acute attention to detail and passion for all things culinary is constantly displayed at each event, whether on or offsite. Beyond cooking Jeannie has a passion for her grandchildren and a heart for helping others.
Tammi Pratt
Tammi PrattBanquet Manager
Tammi Pratt studied communication and well as psychology at Western Washington University. Having lived in Spokane for most of her life, she has an extensive knowledge and working history in the catering industry where she has learned and has been able to apply her skills to her work here at Commellini Estate. Throughout her working life, she has found that she loves to serve others and this passion is clearly seen in her work here at Commellini Estate. In addition to being our Banquet Manager, she is a proud mother of 6 children and works in the Mead School District.
Logan Webbehurst
Logan WebbehurstEvent Coordinator
Logan is a graduate of Washington State University where he received his B.A. in Political Science. During his time at WSU, he served on the Student Entertainment Board for four years, including two years as Director as well as serving on numerous boards and committees where he gained valuable experience and skills that he applies into his position at Commellini’s. Logan brings a passion for events and service to ensure that your special day will be unforgettable.
Savannah Rolston
Savannah Rolston Event Coordinator
Savannah, a Spokane native, is a graduate of The University of Nevada Las Vegas where she received her B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies. At UNLV she studied Event Management and found a passion for the hospitality industry. Her compassion and investment into your special day will make it one to remember!

Emily Barber
Emily Barber Office Assistant
Emily graduated from Central Washington University in 2017 with her degree in Recreation, Tourism and Event Management. After graduation Emily came back to her home town of Spokane. She first became a part of the Commellini team as the Events Intern for the 2017 Summer and is now the Office Assistant. You’ll find Emily keeping the office organized and efficient and working your event wherever she is needed. Her eagerness for planning and organization creates a passion for events and connecting with people to help make their plans and desires happen for their event.
Kelsee Tower
Kelsee TowerDay of Coordinator
Kelsee is a graduate of Eastern Washington University and a Washington native. Kelsee has worked in the event and wedding industry for over 10 years. Getting her start at the Davenport Hotel, she has worked at some of Spokane’s premiere wedding venues through out the years. Kelsee brings wide knowledge and experience along with passion for events and service to ensure that your special day will be unforgettable
Tanner Kissinger
Tanner KissingerHead Bartender
Tanner was born and raised in Spokane, Washington. He graduated from Mt. Spokane High School in 2013, and continued his education at Whatcom Community College in Bellingham, Washington, where he played basketball for two years. Tanner has always had a passion for sports is looking to do the best that he can at whatever he does. He now is a full time student at Eastern Washington University, studying management information systems, and enjoys being able to ensure every event we have here at the estate will be safe, fun and unforgettable.
Karli Ballinger
Karli BallingerEvent Intern
Karli Ballinger graduated from Central Washington University in 2017 with her degree in Recreation, Tourism, and Events Management. She started working at Commellini Estate in October of 2017 as an Event Intern. Karli’s passion for event planning started in College when she planned her first non-profit event for the Children’s Miracle Network. After graduation she moved back to her home town, Kennewick Washington, where she worked on the events team for Goose Ridge Winery and Estate. Karli’s dedication to her work and sociable personality prove her willingness to lend a helping hand.
