Timeline Examples:

When looking at the below timeline examples it is best to recall how many hours are included in your specific package. In general, the packages hours breakdown as follows:

Friday-Sunday Ceremony & Reception Package: includes (one) 1 hour ceremony rehearsal (the day or two before) (two) 2 hours setup, (six) 6 hours for the ceremony and reception, (one) 1 hour teardown.

Monday-Thursday Ceremony & Reception Package: includes (one) 1 hour ceremony rehearsal (the day or two before) (two) 2 hours setup, (four) 4 hours for the ceremony and reception, (one) 1 hour teardown.

Reception Only Package:  includes (one) 1 hours for setup, (five) 5 hours for the event, and a (one) 1 hour teardown.

Additional Timeline Notes:

Generally, Commellini Estate events end no later than midnight; additional hours may be purchased on a prorated basis. Arrival on the day of event is determined by Bridal party. Time begins when the Bridal party, first vendor or guest arrives. Therefore make sure all Bridal party, vendors and guests are aware of their setup time and arrival time and are not showing up earlier as you will be charged for this additional time. If guests arrive before designated time or the event does not end at the designated time, the extra time will be billed to client on a prorated basis. Additional event hours can be purchased for $300.00 and additional setup hours can be purchased for $150.00. The service of alcohol will end (thirty) 30 minutes prior to the end of your event.

Please note the following:

  1. Event Hours may be used as additional Setup or Teardown Hours.
  2. However Setup & Teardown Hours can not be used as extra Event Hours.
  3. Setup hours for Offsite Ceremonies can begin as early as 3 hours before the event begins at the Estate. If you would like to arrive earlier special accommodations are required in addition to a setup hour fee.
  4. We greatly discourage doing ceremony rehearsals on the day of the wedding or forgoing them entirely. The ceremony rehearsal is extremely valuable, for you and your bridal party, regardless how many weddings you have been a part of. We do not require them, but cannot stress enough how much less stressful and better organized the entire day of your wedding will be.
