What You’ll Do
Join Chef Frank in this hands-on cooking class at the historic Commellini Estate and learn how to make an unforgettable lasagna from scratch. Using fresh, high-quality ingredients, you’ll assemble a personal pan of lasagna to take home—perfect for prepping for those pre-Thanksgiving guests. The experience concludes with a full dinner featuring our signature lasagna, served inside the Main Venue.

What to Expect:
- Hands-On Learning: This class is approximately 60% hands-on and you will be rolling up your sleeves to prepare a lasagna masterpiece.
- Full Dinner Meal: Enjoy a delicious meal together, featuring lasagna prepared by Chef Frank.
- Beginner-Friendly: Whether you’re new to cooking or looking to elevate your skills, this class is designed for all levels.
- Take Home: Each participant will receive a recipe card and their personal lasagna pan, ready to bake at home.
- Interactive Experience: Work with your classmates and Chef Frank, ask questions, and enjoy a rich culinary learning experience.
- Time Commitment: The entire class, including the meal, lasts about 2-2.5 hours.
