Erica and Sage united in marriage here at the Estate in August. The hot summer weather was perfect for spectacular outdoor photos under the trees. Their ceremony and reception was simple, yet very elegant. The decor had a slight vintage feel with mixture of light orange and yellow tones. Erica walked down the aisle with grace in a gorgeous thin-strapped gown with an off-white skirt. The groom, groomsmen and bridesmaids all matched in navy tuxedos and dresses laced at the shoulders.

They united in an outdoor ceremony of 165 guests, followed by an indoor reception. Prior to the reception, guests enjoyed a beverage station with stawberry raspberry lemonade, citrus water and unsweetened iced tea as well as appetizers including caprese bruschetta, polpette di lesso, and a rustic Italian platter. For dessert, a white-chocolate raspberry and a caramel apple cheesecake were served. Erika and Sage toasted with his-and-her cocktails (a rum & coke for Sage and a vodka cranapple with a splash of sprite for Erika). They danced to the acoustic version of “Latch” by Sam Smith for their first dance. Sage’s last name is “Poland” and Erica’s former last name was “Rome,” so on their welcome sign the couple wrote “Guest Seating #from Rome to Poland.” How clever!
