Dates are booked upon our receiving a non-refundable deposit and signed venue rental contract. To be fair, we cannot hold dates without a deposit.

The Estate does not permit outside food and beverage with the exception of the wedding cake. There is no minimal spending requirement and we can work with all budgets.

How much is the deposit?2013-04-02T21:07:55+00:00

A $500 deposit is required to reserve a date.  The remaining balance owed will be split into two payments due 60 days and 30 days prior to the event. If the event is to be held within the 30 day period, payment in full is expected at the time contract is signed.

 

May we bring outside vendors?2013-04-02T21:08:16+00:00

You are welcome to bring outside vendors (with the exception of a caterer). However as a part of our package we include a vendor referral list. This list is a compilation of the best vendors we have worked with in Spokane. If you choose to select a vendor not on the list we ask that vendor contact information be provided to your wedding consultant 10 days prior to the event to ensure that Commellini Estate will coordinate all timing and other details so you can relax and enjoy the day.

Commellini Estate has a lot of onsite parking available. There are 80 parking spots available in front of the venue and additional parking in the back.  In addition, we provide a parking attendant to assist with parking for all parties over 100 guests. 

How many hours are included in the package?2013-04-02T21:41:44+00:00

 Generally, Commellini Estate events end no later than midnight. However there is no true start and end time. We have NO noise regulations as we are in Spokane county and own 180 acres around the estate.  Thus, you can party all night long. 

Ceremony & Reception Package: includes 2 hours setup, 6 hours for the ceremony and reception, 1 hour tear down, and 1 hour ceremony rehearsal.                       

Reception Package: includes 2 hours for setup, 5 hours for the event, and a 1 hour tear down. 

Ceremony Package: includes 1 hour rehearsal, 1 hour ceremony, 1 hour setup, and 1 hour tear down.

Additional event hours can be purchased, although this is rarely necessary.
