Commellini Estate, in collaboration with Barili Cellars, invites you to embark on a journey of indulgence at our Winemakers Suppler Club event, taking place on Saturday January 27th. Immerse yourself in a night of Italian culinary mastery paired with exquisite local wines.
Sue & Gary Hustad and Russ & Marlene Feist, the passionate owners of Barili Cellars, will be your gracious hosts, guiding you through the world of wine-making at the local level. Our menu for the evening has been thoughtfully paired with three different wines selected from Barili Cellars, enhancing your dining experience.
In this family run dining experience like no other, we continue our mission to share our love for authentic Italian cuisine centered in our history and love of building community. Your supper is served simultaneously to every diner at communal tables that seat 8. Rustic Italian food. Local Wine. Stimulating conversations. New friends. An opportunity to slow down, gather around a table & enjoy a meal together. Come as strangers & leave as friends.
On the Menu:
On the menu you can expect Commellini favorites, new Tuscan-style creations, and appetizers honoring Leda Commellini’s style of dining. The three center courses are paired with Barili wines designed to match the palette of the designated course. The 5-courses include:
Aperitivo
honeycomb ricotta drizzled with hot honey, focaccia & olives
Roasted Pumpkin Soup
sugar pumpkins, crispy prosciutto and grana padano
Paired with Barili Cellars 2022 Chardonnay
Pasta Bianco
white wine alfredo, pancetta and parmesan-reggiano
Barrel Cut New Your Steak ‘Oreganata’
parmesan roasted potatoes and saffron-zucchini
Paired with Barili Cellars 2019 Double Barrel Red
Espresso Panna Cotta
Dark Chocolate Budino raspberries & cambozola
Paired with Barili Cellars Liquorosso III
Evening Itinerary: The experience will last approximately 2.5 hours. We encourage you to arrive 10 minutes early for check in.
~Tickets includes full 5 courses with the three wine glass pairings. Other beverages, including alcoholic drinks, are available for purchase throughout the event.
~ Confirmation: Your confirmation email serves as your entry ticket.
~Tickets purchased for seats at a Speakeasy Supper Club event are non-refundable. In the event you are no longer able to make the event once you’ve made your purchase, you can gift your seats to a friend or family member. We only ask that you let us know of any changes in advance.
