As mentioned above, there are five onsite wedding ceremony and reception locations to choose from:
- Main Venue: The venue has a beautiful terrazzo dance floor, three crystal chandeliers, and patio that overlooks our estate. The venue rental includes the bar, deck, and main dining and dance floor area.
- Creek Side: This location is right along the edge of Spring Creek where you can hear the tranquil sounds of the rushing water. This location also includes a white Tuscan gazebo.
- Pond Side: Have your event along our pond and acres of grass and pine trees. This is our largest location and can hold parties up to 300 people.
- La Capana: Our second indoor location and it is our most intimate event space for weddings and receptions less than 40 people.
- Portico: The gorgeous outdoor covered portico area has many uses and is a wonderful location for ceremonies, dancing, buffet presentation and band setup. This location is included in the Main Venue Rental.
Commellini Estate strives to be as all-inclusive as possible, and thus offers many non-standard amenities in our packages. We want to make the planning process stress-free and easy on you, your family, and friends.
Event Coordinator: The most noteworthy amenity is your personal event coordinator. Our event coordinator helps throughout the entire planning process from coordinating timelines to through ceremony recessionals. Our planning and coordination services ensuring your event represents your uniqueness and runs perfectly from start to finish.
Preferred Vendors & Discounts: We have widdled down our Preferred Partner list to represent some of the best vendors in Spokane Wa. Although you are only required to work with our catering and beverage, our list of vendors is made up of people who go above and beyond for your event. In addition they all have supplied a Commellini Estate exclusive client discount.
Bridal Room: We have an inviting, comfortable bridal suite, perfect for all your preparation needs. Features include a full bathroom, closet, 2 full length mirrors, makeup mirror, 3 additional mirrors, vanity lighting, and leather lounge chairs.
Setup & Cleanup: We take care of all of the setup of Commellini Estate amenities and handle all of the cleanup. At the end of the evening all you have to worry about is taking your gifts home and anything else you might want after. Never will you or your guest have to remain behind to clean up trash etc.
Music (no noise restrictions!): It is common at certain venue that outdoor music is not allowed past 10:00 PM. This is not the case at Commellini Estate. Once again it is your day.
Inclement Weather Option: With our indoor venue rain, snow, or sunshine, your event goes off without a hitch!
Hours (no cutoff time!): At Commellini Estate there is no specific start and end time. If you want to have a sunrise wedding or party till 2:00 AM in the morning then be all means it is your day after all. Here are the hours included per package. Please note additional hours can be purchased if you think you need more time.
- 10 Hour Ceremony & Reception Package includes (one) 1 hour ceremony rehearsal (the day or two before) (two) 2 hours setup, (six) 6 hours for the ceremony and reception, (one) 1 hour teardown.
- 6 Hour Reception Only Package includes (one) 1 hours for setup, (five) 5 hours for the event, and a (one) 1 hour teardown.
- 4 Hour Ceremony Only Package includes (one) 1 hour ceremony rehearsal, (one) 1 hour setup, (one) 1 hour ceremony, and (one) 1 hour teardown.
Ceremony Rehearsal: The package pricing includes a one-hour rehearsal prior to your event. This is usually scheduled a day or two before the wedding date.
Ample Onsite Parking: The Estate has 95 parking space available on the East side of the venue. If additional parking is needed, fear not, as we have 180 acres and our parking attendants can direct your guests to additional onsite parking spaces if needed (within a 2 min walk).
Sound System: We have a state of the art sound system and wireless microphone (main venue, bar, deck, and under portico only). The system has the ability to play CDs, or anything with an headphone jack hook up (computer, iPads, iPods, iPhones, etc).
Exclusive Use of the Estate: At the Estate we only hold one event at a time, so during your event you enjoy the estate exclusively!
Access to Spokane All in One Wedding Planning Program: We realize that Spokane hasn’t quite made it on the wedding map and that online resource are wonderful but fail to assist in planning event right here in our area. This is where the All in One Wedding Planning Program comes in. This program assists with guests list, budget, timeline, seating chart, table layout, to do list, vendor search, wedding apps, music selection, ceremony details and reception details and décor.
180 Acres of Photo Backdrops: The Estate boasts 180 acres of photo opportunities. The estate includes a forest, prairie, pond, creek, 9 foot waterfall, rustic buildings, manicured lawns, a 1940 army truck, and of course hours of endless photo opportunities.
Onsite Catering: Commellini Estate award winning Chefs will create the most exceptional menu for you and your guests. Our specialty is homemade traditional rustic Italian, however our Chefs are all culinary art trained and can come up with a menu that fits you, your fiancé, and your wedding style. Affordable Beverage Options: Commellini Estate is a liquor licensed facility and therefore is legally required that all beverages be supplied in-house. Clients are welcome to choose to have a cash bar, hosted bar, or any combination thereof. Our license allows us to serve beer, wine, and liquor. Rustic but Elegant Styling: The Estate is unlike anything in Washington with its historical charm, dark wood accents, Italian Terrazo flooring, Crystal Chandeliers, and warm earthy tones! Take your guests and escape into the historical Italian estate.

Catering Menus & Pricing
We specialize in homemade traditional rustic Italian cuisine. Here is our Event Menu & Pricing. This is simply a display of what we have to offer, not all that we have to offer. All of our menu items are fully customizable. Menu items may be served individually plated, family style buffet style, appetizer “stations” or passed appetizers. Gluten free and vegan menus are available. Prices are located at the end of the document and are dependent upon guest count, style of service, and combination of menu selections.
