Mother’s Day Brunch & Bubble Cooking Class: SCONES

Brunch + Bubbles Cooking Class: In this class, alongside Chef Jeannie, you will learn how to master Scones. Spatula in one hand, mimosa in the other, join us for this deliciously fun class! As with all of our classes, we’ll enjoy a delicious meal, inside the historic Commellini Estate’s Main Venue.
On the Menu:
Citrus Fennel Salad: Orange, grapefruit, and shaved fennel bulbs served in a light citrus basil dressing and topped with toasted almonds
Commellini’s Tuscan Farmers Breakfast: A colorful and flavorful bean stew with poached eggs, prosciutto, house-made Italian sausage and topped with an herb gremolata.

Adults (21+), enjoy a Mimosa upon arrival! Those under 21, enjoy a non-alcoholic beverages including coffee, tea, soda, juice or Italian Soda. Each participant will receive a recipe card to take home. The class, including meal time, takes approximately 3 hours.
What to Expect:
In this class large format hands on cooking class, you will be getting your hands dirty in the Main Venue at the Estate, learning how to make Cranberry Orange Scones. Class culminates in a delicious meal.
