We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without notice. All modified terms and conditions shall take effect immediately after posting to the Site. Commellini Estate does not collect personal identifying information, nor distribute such information to third party companies, unless such information is specifically and knowingly provided from users during contests, surveys, giveaways, membership registration, when purchasing public event tickets, when booking an event with us,  or use of public areas, such as Farmers Markets. Commellini Estate is not responsible for any actions or policies of such companies.

By using our site, participating on any social media platforms by commenting, liking, sharing or to any other capacity you agree to abide by Commellini Estates rules and standards. You agree to not be disrespectful and engage in any negative comments on our social media platforms or blog posts. We are not responsible for third parties.

All of the images used on our website, blog, and social media platforms are credited to the best of our knowledge and are not posted without the photographer and peoples authorization via signed contract, verbal or written permission. If you own the rights to any images on our website and would like them removed or request a change of credit, please contact us.

We reserve the right to remove any negative vulgar or inappropriate content that is posted, commented or shared with Commellini Estate.  We are not responsible for republished content from this blog on other blogs or websites without our permission.
