Summer Succulent Wedding
Scott & Hannah married on a gorgeous May day by the Estate’s pond-side location at their beautiful summer succulent wedding. 120 of the couple’s closest friends and family watched as Hannah’s mother and father walked her down the aisle to say ‘I do’. Proposal in brief?
We hiked up our favorite mountain in CDA. Scott had theme music playing, got down on one knee, and proposed with an origami ring. We rushed back down the mountain to pick out the ring together.
Favorite ceremony moment?
While Hannah was walking down the aisle, she whispered “I love you” to Scott and he whispered back.
Favorite reception moment?
Listening to all of the speeches.
Not exactly a theme, but DIY and succulents.

First dance song?
We chose not to have dancing at our wedding.
Scott’s sister, Audrey, gave a touching speech. She was a shy, 14 year old, and she made the whole room laugh and cry. She expressed how much she loved her brother and how she was unsure of Hannah at first, but finally decided they were perfect for each other.
