Cooking Class: Breakfast Focaccia

There is no better way to enjoy your weekend than with a relaxing brunch with something bubbly in your glass! We’ll start by learning the basics of a perfect focaccia bread, move on to mastering the Italian egg dish-Frittata. Spatula in one hand, cocktail in the other, join us for this deliciously fun class! As with all of our classes, we’ll enjoy a delicious meal. On the menu:

Fresh Fruit Salad Served in a Wine Glass,
Breakfast Focaccia with farm fresh eggs, homemade Italian sausage, cherry tomatoes chiffonade fresh basil, Parmesan, and mozzarella cheese
Miniature Frittatas Florentine
What To Expect:
In this class hand on cooking class, you will be getting your hands dirty in the historical main venue, learning how to make the classic Italian Frittata but also how to turn it into a course for your brunch. Class culminates in a delicious meal, inside the historic Commellini Estate’s Main Venue.

+The class, including meal time, takes approximately 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
+Each participant will receive a recipe card to take home.
+Commellini Estate will provide all the kitchen equipment and supplies.
+Classes requires standing for 1- 2 hours – if this difficult let us know so we can assist with accommodation
